Zion’s Celebrating Two Years of Smarter Solutions

We are excited to be celebrating our second year as Zion Call Management! As many in the self-storage industry may know, the Zion team got its start in 2015 as part of the Easy Storage Solutions family, where our team began serving self-storage operators.

New Innovations

One of the most impactful additions has been the rollout of our Past Due System, which features both calls and SMS text reminders. This simple but powerful upgrade allowed facilities to connect with tenants faster and more effectively about a past due balance on their account. The results of timely and automated communication are recovered revenue.

We also introduced AI-generated replies within our Reputation Management platform, giving facility owners a time-saving way to respond to new reviews. This new addition to our reputation management software not only helps maintain strong customer relationships but also supports the growth of a facility’s online presence, an increasingly important factor for attracting new renters and staying competitive in a localized market.

We were also proud to announce a new partnership with Cubby, allowing Cubby clients to choose Zion as their remote management partner. By integrating seamlessly with Cubby’s management software, Zion can fully support Cubby-based facilities with streamlined call center operations, gain actionable insights, and increase facility customer service.

Partnering for Smarter Technology

We were also honored to be included in a Talkdesk case study this past year, which demonstrated how our collaboration with their platform enables us to provide self-storage owners with a flawless experience. Zion Call Management has been able to scale specialized operations while preserving the individualized, facility-specific service that our clients depend on, thanks to Talkdesk’s technology.

Our agents are ready to respond promptly, precisely, and reliably thanks to customized call flows, making it possible for every facility to have a unique experience when calling in, unlike traditional call centers. In the case study, our founder, Christian Thurgood, stated: “Talkdesk gave us the flexibility to create a different call flow for every location, and dump everything into one queue, which was huge.”

In addition, the feature highlighted the use of AI-powered call grading and automated payment processing. By utilizing technology, we maintain lower operational costs for facilities while providing convenience for tenants and quality assurance for large call volumes.
