Our Timeline

2015

Christian joined Easy Storage Solutions as a partner and created the Call Answering division of the company and hired Lindsay as the 1st employee

2017

James joined the team as a Call Agent and worked his way up through each position to eventually become the COO of Call Answering

2018/2019

Christian and James and team continued to grow the Call Answering division and innovate with improved systems and features such as the automatic payment IVR and a state-of-the-art upgraded phone system.

2020

Storable purchased Easy Storage Solutions, including each of its divisions ie. Call Answering

2021/2022

Christian, James, and team worked under Storable to grow and improve the Call Answering division.

2023

Christian and James worked with Storable to divest the Call Answering division from Storable and re-brand to Zion Call Management! They were able to retain the same team that our clients have trusted since the beginning.

2024

We have been working hard to integrate our systems with industry leading management software platforms. We have also released new features such as tenant chat, client chat, and the client portal!

We are continuing to listen to our clients to offer new features while maintaining an affordable and valuable service.
