We had an incredible experience at the 2024 TSSA Big Ideas in Storage Conference and Trade Show! Our team onsite enjoyed meeting with fellow self-storage professionals to share innovative ideas. The event was full of industry innovation.

A highlight for our team was participating in our roundtable session, Enhancing Tenant Interactions Through Innovative Chat Widgets, led by our CEO, Christian Thurgood. The discussion explored the use of leveraging AI and chat widget technology. Chat widgets can boost tenant engagement and streamline communications. Christian shared insights into the importance of seamless tenant interactions. It was great to hear facility owners’ feedback on AI and chat widgets. We left the roundtable with thought-provoking conversations about the future of tenant communications.
