One Year In Zion Call Management’s Journey and Highlights

One year is officially in the books for Zion Call Management, and what a journey it has been!

A year has passed since we departed from Storable’s Call Answering division. This presented the opportunity to become Zion Call Management. Although, our story goes much deeper. In 2015 Christian Thurgood, Zion’s CEO partnered with Easy Storage Solutions. His role was to create a dedicated call center for self-storage facility owners. In the years to follow the call center grew and in 2020 Storable acquired Easy Storage Solutions, including the call-answering division.

Fast forward to 2023, when the call-answering leadership worked with Storable to separate. This was the start of Zion Call Management. We’ve proudly retained the same trusted team that has served self-storage facilities since the beginning. Our people are the foundation of our success.
