Frequently Asked Questions from the Expo
We appreciate your questions about our service! For those who didn’t stop by our booth, here were some frequently asked questions.
1. Can Zion Call Management process rentals and take payments from my tenants?
a. Yes! We integrate with major facility management software. This allows our agents to access the necessary information within your software to process rentals and payments!
2. Can you assist with customer service inquiries?
a. Absolutely! In our comprehensive onboarding process, we gather information about your facility, like gate information, special promos, move-out or lock requirements, and we can even sell tenant protection plans and insurance. The information is documented for our highly trained agents to reference so they are fully equipped to answer on behalf of your facility. If you need to make any changes to the information about your facility, simply email us, and we will update the facility information.
3. What if I want, as the owner or facility manager, to be involved in certain customer requests?
a. Of course! You can be involved as little or as much as you wish. If there are certain inquiries you want to handle, we can forward those calls to you or even set up a prompt that allows customers to select options when calling. Example: if you want to handle rentals, the menu option for rentals would go directly to you.
4. Can reputation management software stop bad reviews from being posted?
a. No, reputation management software can’t stop bad reviews from being posted. A reputation management software can aid in providing you with the tools to monitor reviews, good and bad. The software will allow you to respond quickly and professionally to negative reviews, protecting your brand’s image. REVUE software doesn’t offer review gating, where customers are privately asked if they had a positive or negative experience where they are then prompted to leave a review if their experience was positive. While your bad reviews might be reduced, review gating violates the terms of service for platforms like Google and can result in penalties.
5. How does getting reviews help my ranking?
a. As an example, Google’s algorithm prioritizes relevance, prominence, and proximity. Review contributions to prominence, which is key in ranking locally. The more organic reviews, the better. It tells Google your business is trusted and popular. Additionally, when customers mention your services in their reviews, ex. “Great storage facility in Southern Utah,” it aids SEO strategy focusing on keywords. Lastly, reviews can improve your placement on Google Maps and the 3-pack, which are map results. Businesses with strong reviews are more likely to be featured in search results.
